To accommodate our patients’ needs, we offer in-person or telehealth adult sick visits from our office (during office hours) or through Coastal365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). Note: Coastal365 is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required.
About Our Practice
Our practice (formerly Lifespan Physician Group Primary Care, Newport) provides comprehensive adult primary care services that support the health and wellness of our patients, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
Note: Patients are no longer being seen at 50 Memorial Boulevard. Plans are underway to find a new permanent location. In the interim, your visit with your clinician will take place at designated spaces inside nearby Lifespan practices. Our phone number, fax number and MyLifespan portal remain the same.
Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced practitioners), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist, and a practice manager. Each member of your Coastal care team is committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
