Coastal365 Adult Sick Appointments

Coastal Medical patients age 18 or older can call us for an adult sick visit appointment with a Coastal provider at 800-822-5981. You can also contact your primary care practice to coordinate care with a Coastal provider after hours through Coastal365.

Note:  Coastal365 visits are by appointment only. This is NOT a walk-in clinic.

Musculoskeletal Health (MSK) 

The Musculoskeletal (MSK) Health Program provides Coastal’s adult and pediatric patients timely access to high-quality, non-operative orthopedic care. Patients considering orthopedic treatment options can have a meaningful conversation before making important decisions, such as whether or not to have surgery.  If you're interested in a referral to the MSK Health Program, please reach out to your primary care provider for next steps.
