Dominic Thomas Kleinhenz, MD, is a spine surgeon who specializes in a wide range of spinal conditions, including the treatment of patients with neck and back problems. He is an assistant professor in the department of orthopaedics at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. His practice focuses on patients who suffer from disc herniation, degenerative cervical, thoracic, and lumbar disease, spine trauma, and spine deformity.

Dr. Kleinhenz earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, graduating with honors. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Rhode Island and The Miriam hospitals. Dr. Kleinhenz completed his spine surgery fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital. He is a board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
